Professional Staffing International (ProStaff) Liberia is an international staffing agency dedicated to connecting Liberia’s highly trained healthcare professionals with career opportunities in the United States and Canada. Established on August 11, 2022, ProStaff Liberia was created to respond to the growing global shortage of nurses while also addressing the unemployment challenges facing Liberia’s educated workforce.

Our mission is twofold: to empower Liberian nurses with international exposure and advanced training while simultaneously supporting healthcare facilities abroad with reliable, competent, and culturally adaptable professionals. We prepare our candidates through specialized programs that introduce them to North American healthcare practices, ensure NCLEX readiness, and provide mentorship for a smooth transition into their new work environments.
